Kelly was born June 2, 1952 in Scottsbluff, the daughter of Sidney and Verna (Davis) Campbell. She grew up in Alaska and the family later moved to Lingle, Wyo., where she graduated from Lingle High School.
She attended Chadron State College, where she received a bachelor's degree in home economics. She worked with Panhandle Community Services as a caseworker until she retired due to ill health.
Kelly loved to do arts and crafts, reading, gardening, and especially flowers. Her joys in life were her grandchildren and her beagle, Buddy. She was the nicest person and cared for everyone above herself.
Kelly is survived by her daughter: Amy Allen of Scottsbluff; son: Scott Allen of Mitchell; brother: Wilson Campbell of Fairfield, Conn,; and granddaughters: Kelsey and Alexis Allen of North Platte.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son: David Allen; and brother: Zane Campbell.

Service will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 11, at the Messiah Lutheran Church, in North Platte, with the Rev. Tim Eighmy and D.J. Smith, of Colorado. Cremation was chosen. Inurnment will be at a later date at Floral Lawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be at the family home at 9254 S. Sierra Dr.
